Services
We work with organisations of all types on the decisions that shape how they operate and what they build. Engagements are scoped around a specific question and a defined set of outputs, across four practices.
Management
Clear priorities, decision rights and operating rhythm, so plans turn into execution.
Where we help
- Priorities are unclear, or every team has a different list.
- Decisions are slow, or keep escalating to the same few people.
- Plans are agreed but don't turn into consistent execution.
Example engagements
- Operating model review. We look at roles, decision rights, meeting cadence and reporting, and recommend specific changes.
- Annual or half-year planning. We help leadership set goals that teams can measure their progress against.
- Leadership advisory. We support leaders through a period of growth or restructuring as an ongoing sounding board.
Technology
Architecture and engineering decisions you can explain and defend.
Where we help
- Systems have grown without a plan and are becoming harder to change.
- A major platform or tooling decision is due, and the options are hard to compare.
- An investor, partner or acquirer needs an independent view of your technology.
Example engagements
- Architecture review. We assess your current systems and finish with a prioritised list of risks and fixes.
- Build-versus-buy assessment. We compare the options for a major platform or tooling decision on cost, risk, fit and long-term ownership.
- Technical due diligence. We give an independent assessment ahead of an investment, partnership or acquisition.
Product
A product direction grounded in evidence, and a team set up to deliver it.
Where we help
- The team is building, but it's unclear which problems matter most to customers.
- The roadmap holds more than the team can deliver.
- There's no product lead, so specs, priorities and process are inconsistent.
Example engagements
- Discovery sprint. We run customer interviews, frame the problems and rank the opportunities.
- Roadmap and prioritisation reset. We help a team with too many competing demands agree what to do, in what order, and why.
- Product process set-up. We put specs, rituals and metrics in place for a team without a product lead.
AI
AI applied where it clearly helps, with its risks and costs understood upfront.
Where we help
- There's pressure to "do something with AI", but no clear use case.
- A prototype works in a demo but isn't reliable enough to put in front of users.
- An AI feature is live, and there are concerns about its quality, safety or running cost.
Example engagements
- AI opportunity assessment. We rank candidate use cases by value, feasibility and risk.
- Proof of concept with an evaluation plan. We define what success looks like before building, then test against it.
- AI feature review. We assess an existing feature's output quality, guardrails and running cost, and recommend improvements.
Ways to engage
Fixed-scope project
A defined question, agreed outputs and a set timeline. This suits assessments, reviews and discovery work.
Ongoing advisory
Regular time with us over several months, for leaders who want a consistent outside view.
Embedded support
We work inside your team for a period, for example to set up a product process or guide an AI build.
Common questions
How does an engagement start?
With an email. We'll arrange a conversation to understand the situation, then send a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fee.
How is pricing set?
Fixed-scope projects are charged at a fixed fee, and advisory at a monthly fee. Every proposal states the fee before any work begins.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the question. Assessments and reviews are usually shorter. Advisory and embedded work run longer. Each proposal sets out the timeline.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing details.
Where are your clients?
We're based in Gurugram, India, and work with clients worldwide, remotely and in person where practical.
Not sure which practice fits?
Describe the problem in a few lines and we'll suggest where to start.
