Our products are in development. If you're testing one and something isn't working, please include:

• the product name
• your device and operating system
• what you expected, and what happened instead
• the steps that led to the problem, plus screenshots if helpful

Please don't email health reports, prescriptions or other medical records. Describe the problem instead, and we'll ask for anything else we need.
