How we work

Clients should know, at every stage, what we're doing, why we're doing it and what they'll receive. Three principles shape every engagement.

Start with the decision

We begin by agreeing the question the work needs to answer.

Agree outputs upfront

Deliverables, timeline and fee are set in writing before work starts.

Work in the open

You see our thinking as it develops, not just the final report.

From first email to handover

  1. Initial conversation

We discuss the situation, what you've tried and what a good outcome would look like. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

You receive: a clear view of whether and how we can help.

  2. Proposal

We write up the scope, approach, deliverables, timeline and fee.

You receive: a written proposal to review, adjust and approve.

  3. Discovery

We talk to your people, review documents, systems and data, and test our understanding with you.

You receive: a short summary of what we found, confirmed with you before we go further.

  4. Delivery

We produce the agreed outputs and work through them with your team.

You receive: the deliverables set out in the proposal.

  5. Handover

We make sure your team can carry the work forward.

You receive: documentation, a handover session and an agreed point of contact for follow-up questions.

Ways of working

Regular check-ins. We meet three times a week to review progress, and send a written update after each check-in.

One point of contact. You'll always know who to speak to about the engagement.

Across time zones. We're based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and arrange working hours to overlap with clients elsewhere.

Confidentiality and your information

  • We'll sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.
  • We ask only for the access and information the work needs.
  • We never use client information to build our own products.
  • At the end of an engagement, we return or delete your information on request.

What we need from you

  • A sponsor who owns the decision and can unblock the work.
  • Access to the people, documents and systems in scope.
  • Timely feedback at each checkpoint, so the work stays on track.
